The telescopic airport air conditioning hose is a helical structure (with wear strips) supported by wire.

Flexible hose which is available insulated or non-insulated. A substantial range of Helical wire pitches, exterior fabrics and insulation levels are available.

Hose construction begins with three basic components:

An 21 oz. PVC coated fabric outer jacket. a helical structure (with wear strips) supported by wire.

2″ thick poly fiber insulation blanket

inner layer is18oz. PVC coated fabric

Insulation is wrapped in the middle layer， Quality sewn construction with your choice of inlet/outlet sizes and standard or custom hose lengths.  All velcro or zipper cuffs are standard.

We also produce air-conditioning flexible hoses with hot melt process, which eliminates pinholes, prevents rainwater from entering, and eliminates the phenomenon of pinhole air leakage.
